The oldest part of the Frýdlant. The last owners opened it to the public in 1801. Twenty rooms introduce visitors to all the families that have owned Frýdlant over seven centuries. The entire route is dominated by a large Knight's Hall with a family gallery, an armoury, a feast hall or a large collection of employee uniforms. The completely preserved uniform of Marshal Radetzky is also a European unique. The fully equipped route leads through two castle floors.

A new selection of small-group tours takes visitors through the newest part of the site, which houses a fully equipped 19th-century apartment. The tour focuses specifically on the first three generations of the Clam-Gallas family, who not only opened the castle's oldest museum in 1801, but also built the nearby Libverda Spa.
