Frýdlant Castle

The guided tour route takes visitors through the Castle, the oldest part of the Frýdlant complex. Its last owners opened it to the public as early as 1801. Twenty rooms introduce visitors to all the noble families that owned Frýdlant over the course of seven centuries. The entire tour is dominated by the large Knights’ Hall with its family portrait gallery, the armoury, the banqueting hall, and an extensive collection of servants’ uniforms. A complete and fully preserved uniform of Field Marshal Radetzky is also a European rarity. The fully furnished tour route leads through two floors of the castle.
